(February 22, 2002) - Veronis Suhler Stevenson reports that it has recently represented Heritage Marketing Corporation, an integrated marketing services holding company, in the sale of two properties.

Advertising Display Company, one of the nation's largest providers of point-of-purchase display and supply chain solution solutions, was sold to Rock-Tenn Company, the parent company of Alliance Display & Packaging. As a full-service producer of both permanent and temporary POP displays, Advertising Display Co. works with the country's largest retailers and brand marketers.

In a separate transaction, Color Prelude, a consumer sampling program provider, was sold to Arcade Marketing. Color Prelude serves some of the country's largest health and beauty aid marketers, including Proctor & Gamble, Avon and Mary Kay Cosmetics.

Veronis Suhler Stevenson represented Heritage Marketing Corporation and acted as the company's financial advisor for both transactions.
